time management

Time management is the key to success for everyone and every company.

With good time management, you will find that 8 hours a day should be completed in less than 3 hours.

So you get 5 hours of return.

Now let's start the journey of time management:

1. set goals:

Use the SMART principle (don't forget, this is the training content of corporate culture VMV), work out the monthly / weekly / daily work objectives, and write them on paper one by one.

2. work out a plan of work:

One sentence can express all the meanings in English, please note: PLANYOURWORK, WORKYOURPLAN

3. decision making:

Prioritize and do the best you can.

You can use the ABCDE method:

A-level work is a very important job. It is what you must do, otherwise the consequences will be serious.

B level work is what you should do, but the consequences are not very serious.

C level work is better, and there will be no adverse consequences.

A D job is a job you can delegate to others.

E level work is a trivial matter that you can never care about.

4. practice

Remember the following principles:

1) the first thing FIRSTTHINGFIRST is to do the first important work first.

2) your desk calendar (you can have a standard TIMESHEET on your laptop or computer).

3) make an appointment with yourself: to complete within the time specified by oneself.

4) assignment: learn to allocate your work progress.

5) elastic time: reserve some flexible time to adjust.

5. control:

Time recording and analysis: record all the work in 5-7 days, analyze the proportion of ABCDE's work time, and consider the appropriate proportion of the work.
