The first stage of the trial is planned to be 1 to 2 years. The main purpose is to observe the recruitment and operation costs of the employees. The second phase is the expansion period. If the staff are adequate, the finished product line of 2000 workers will be pported to the mountains as a whole, and the whole plant and dormitory of the small and medium enterprises incubator will be leased in the Tongshan County Economic Development Zone.
