Party A's responsibilities and obligations

4. during the period of Party B's account keeping and party keeping, Party A shall contact the employment guidance center of the graduates who keep the archives every month for each month, and inform them of the progress of employment.

5. if a party a implements the work unit within the year after graduation, it must timely arrange the time with the employment guidance center of the second party to handle the dispatch and account transfer procedures.

6. if Party A fails to implement the work unit if it is due to expire in the year (until the year of the first year of the year, it must come to the school to handle the household registration and file transfer procedures. Otherwise, if there is a problem in the account and file transfer, the responsibility shall be borne by Party A.

Two party B's responsibilities and obligations

1. Party B accepts Party A's entrustment and keeps Party A's account and archives within the year after the first party's graduation.

2. Party B can provide Party A with employment guidance and services. Party A can participate in the recruitment activities held by Party B, inquire about the demand information of the employer, and consult the employment related problems.

3. Party B may issue a certificate relating to employment for Party A. Proof related to household registration shall be handled by Party B's security office or district police station in accordance with the relevant regulations. The proof relating to the archives shall be handled by the college where Party B keeps the archives, and if necessary, the relevant functional departments of Party B shall authenticated the signature. Party B may charge the relevant documents according to the relevant documents, and Party B shall not issue a certificate irrespective of employment for Party A.

4. if Party A implements the work unit or the employment place where he or she wants to return to his domicile within the year after graduation, Party B shall apply for the employment registration card and account registration procedure in the time specified by the relevant departments at the higher level.

5. if Party A fails to implement the work unit after the completion of the year after the completion of the year, it will still be necessary for Party B to handle the procedures for the registration of Hukou and archives in the first place.
