The so-called bonus right incentive is an incentive method for the shareholders of enterprises to award part of the distribution profits to the scientific research management backbone that has made outstanding contributions to the development of enterprises.

The pilot enterprises of the right to dividends should be registered in the Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, the high-tech enterprises affiliated to the central enterprises, the pformed enterprises and other technological innovation enterprises.

Listed companies and enterprises that have already implemented stock incentives will not participate in the trial.

The notice stipulates the conditions for the selection of the employees who are encouraged by the bonus rights, and points out that the bonus rights shall not be applied to all employees.

The directors of central enterprises will not be included in the incentive scope of dividends.

Managers of supervisors, independent directors and controlling shareholders of enterprises must not participate in the incentive of dividends in the pilot enterprises.

The 13 central enterprises participating in the pilot scheme of bonus rights are:

China National Nuclear Corporation, China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, China Aerospace Science and engineering group, China Aviation Industry Corp, China Shipbuilding Industry Corp, China, China energy conservation and environmental protection group, machinery and Science Research Institute, China Steel Research Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Nonferrous Metals Research General Institute, Beijing mining and metallurgy Research Institute, telecommunications science and Technology Research Institute.
