The key period of "12th Five-Year" transformation of China's textile industry from big to strong has both development opportunities and severe challenges. Promoting transformation and upgrading of industrial clusters is one of the key tasks for the development of the textile industry in 12th Five-Year.

He said, Industry and information technology The Ministry will actively promote the upgrading of textile industrial clusters, mainly in four aspects: first, overall planning and layout optimization; two, promoting technological transformation, energy conservation, emission reduction and transformation and upgrading of enterprises in the cluster area; three, supporting the improvement of public service system; and four, conducting a typical propaganda and demonstration.
