1. Engineering investigation, design and construction shall be contracted out according to law, and the contractor can be selected preferentially. The company can directly contract the construction area of 500 square meters or the project cost less than 200 thousand yuan.

Two. Contracting out units and contracting units of construction projects shall conclude a written contract according to law to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties.

Three, the Contractor shall not subcontract the engineering business, and may independently organize the construction of a single project without dismemberment of the contract.

Four. The main project must be constructed by the contractor itself. If the other sub projects are subcontracted, the subcontractors with corresponding qualifications must be selected by the company's approval.

If a sub contract is signed, the agreement between the sub contract and the total contract should be consistent.

Five, construction projects must be contracted out to the construction units with corresponding qualification levels, and contractors should be avoided to bid for less than cost, and no reasonable construction period can be arbitrarily compressed.

Six. Any immediate family member of an investment company shall not participate in the bidding of the company.
