Preservation of audio-visual archives

First sound and image archivists should be checked in front of the library, and the necessary technical treatment should be carried out for the defiled.

Second safekeeping conditions

The temperature of negative film and film library should be kept between 13 and 15 degrees, the relative humidity should be kept 35% 1 45%, the photo temperature should be 14 to 24 degrees, the relative humidity should be 37, 5%, 67, 5%, and the recording temperature should be maintained at -24 degrees, and the relative humidity should be maintained at 40%-60%.

The third negatives, tapes, tapes and video tapes should be placed. The tape library must avoid the magnetic field above 30 oer. The spacing between the magnetic field box and the box should not be less than 3mm.

The fourth photo archive of inventory should be checked twice a year.

Fifth archived and preserved audio-visual archives shall not be revoked, extracted, cleaned, demagnetizing or altered privately. Destruction of audio-visual archives must be authenticated, obtained by the archiving units, and submitted to the competent leaders for approval and registration.

The sixth one is to establish and improve the statistical system of audio-visual archives, do well the statistics work of audio and video archives collection, removal, inventory quantity, storage, and the use and effect.
