Reporters learned today that in 2010,
Zhejiang Province
12315 the complaint reporting center received 77498 complaints about consumer complaints, and successfully solved 76069 cases. The resolution rate was 98.16%, which saved consumers 179 million 730 thousand yuan in total.
The ten hotspots of consumer complaints in 2010 are:
Clothing and shoes
Mobile phones, cars, air conditioners, computers and ancillary equipment, TV sets, hairdressing and beauty care services, mobile telecommunications services, washing and dyeing services, and express delivery services.
Clothing shoes and hats
The number of complaints was 6794, accounting for 63.43% of 10711 cases of daily merchandise complaints.
Of the 3633 mobile phone complaints cases, there were 2700 quality problems, accounting for 74.32% of the total number of complaints in the mobile phone.
Mobile phone quality problems mainly include crash, black screen, motherboard failure, key failure.
With the rise of online shopping in recent years, the rapid development of the express industry, the number of consumers' complaints has also been rising, and jumped to the consumer complaints hotspots.
