The scope of small businesses in this administrative area includes: the number of workers in manufacturing, power, gas and water production and supply industry is less than 300; the number of employees in construction industry is less than 600; the number of workers in wholesale and retail trades is less than 100; the number of workers in the pportation industry is less than 500; the number of workers in postal industry, accommodation and catering industry is 400 or less.

The relevant staff will guide employers and workers to sign labor contracts according to law, continue to classify and recommend the use of standardized, concise and practical labor contract texts, and guide enterprises to determine essential clauses according to the actual production and operation.

According to incomplete statistics, more than 90% of the labor dispute cases in the region are all small enterprises' labor dispute cases. The core issue is the signing of labor contracts and labor disputes arising from the unclear rights and obligations of contracts. This will effectively promote the harmonious development of labor relations in the whole region.
