An industry insider told reporters that the "Dalian Cup" winning excellent design talents rarely stay in Dalian's development.

The reason for this is that the analysis of the industry, clothing designers and brand must be combined, in order to turn creativity into efficiency.

But the majority of garment enterprises in our city are processing enterprises, and less brands, compared with some brand clothing enterprises in the south, the demand for creativity is not high, so many designers have become "South drift".

Compared with the "Dalian Cup" for the whole country, the tendency of "goose South flight" is more obvious in the employment choices of college graduates of clothing design in our city.

According to the introduction, Dalian Industrial university clothing design major in the national professional strength ranking fourth, each year of the professional graduates about 130 people, of which in Dalian employment and "professional counterpart" accounts for about 15%, most of the graduates are Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong and other southern garment enterprises "robbing".

In addition to the large demand for clothing design talents and the number of job opportunities in southern enterprises, the better treatment has become the temptation for many graduates to resist.

A graduate told reporters that some southern enterprises issued "price" will be several times higher than the local.

In addition, if young fashion designers even want to start their own business, they will face many challenges.

One industry insider said that young designers want to start their own businesses and have a foothold in the industry, which generally takes 3~4 years.

During this period, the investment of funds and time is unbearable for many unnamed designers.

At present, most of the southern garment industry is developing better, and most of them have launched a more entrepreneurial support policy than Dalian. This has also accelerated the pace of Dalian young designers' southbound.
