Because in the closed-loop servo control system, in order to feedback signals to the control system, sensors are inevitably used in the actuator, and sensors are more prone to failure parts in the electromechanical integration system. Therefore, the system generally has sensor failure detection and sensor testing procedures, which is convenient for routine maintenance.

The servo system of the sewing machine is equipped with sensors, such as upper needle position, pin position, speed measurement, safety switch, foot start, X and Y origin and presser feet.

According to the analysis, sensors are usually equipped with positions that require movement and location.

Different types of sensors have different sensors.

Generally speaking, the sensor's faults are as follows: when the boot is initialized or started, that is, when the machine is searching for the correct location of each point, it can't be recognized and is in a state of failure. After a few seconds, it stops detecting and displays the fault code.

Fault code can be directly found in the failure of the sensor, and then call the input test procedure to confirm, if not, only to replace the damaged sensor.
