2008 the results of the preliminaries of the Chinese concept shoe design competition of "genuine leather logo cup 1" are sponsored by the China Leather Association. The first competition of the 2008 "genuine leather logo Cup" giant shoe design competition sponsored by the giant one group ended in June 29, 2008.

The competition began in April with more than 1000 applicants.

By the middle of June, a total of 37 institutions, units and individuals from all over the country participated in the competition and received more than 600 works.

According to the requirements of the competition, the work is divided into four series and twelve awards.

The number of participants and participating units in this competition has been greatly breakthroughs than in previous years. Especially this year, Chinese students from art schools in Italy and Hongkong participated in the competition, which has made a new step towards internationalization of our competition.

The jury of this competition is composed of Professor Lu Min, School of dyeing and clothing, Tsinghua University, Professor Yuan Ze, Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology, and Beijing leather industry school, which is composed of Hou Feifei, manager of Development Department of hundred secretary and giant one group (shoes) Co., Ltd.

The judges gave high praise to the competition.

The competition organizing committee encourages the players to complete the post production of their entries, and determines whether they can finish their own production by July 7th, and subsidize them according to the difficulty of the work.
