The requirements are as follows:

The concentration of highly concerned chemicals in the products exceeds the limit of quantitation (PQL), or;

The concentration of highly concerned chemicals in products is more than 100PPM;

When the content of pollutants exceeds 100PPM, it is possible to seek exemption from production control procedures.

Depending on the size of the manufacturer and the type of product, the medium and long term declaration is carried out in stages. The first deadline is August 2012.

The next coming deadline is August 31, 2015. For the first time, smaller manufacturers will be required to declare 1 products in the following table. Small manufacturers will declare 2 products, and medium manufacturers will declare 3 products.

Business needs to make annual declarations for the 1 and 3 products. Larger manufacturers need to declare 2 and 3 products, and medium manufacturers need to declare 1 and 2 products.
