*ST高升(000971)23日晚公告，公司收到北京市第四中級人民法院出具的《應訴通知書》及相關法律文書，原告董云巍訴公司民間借貸糾紛已立案，涉及借款金額4000萬元。*ST高升表示，上述借款系公司時任董事長未經(jīng)公司審批程序違規(guī)使用公司印章所致，該筆借款資金的實際使用方為公司大股東關聯(lián)方文化硅谷，公司對該借款事項不知情，將積極通過合法渠道主張權利。
