This year, a pioneering project called "shop name" has been heard in Ji'nan, Quanzhou City.

This project focuses on cultivating entrepreneurial leaders in laid-off workers, encouraging them to set up economic entities, and thus attracting more laid-off workers to start business or reemployment.

At present, this pioneering project has trained 155 laid-off workers to become leaders of entrepreneurship, bringing more than 4000 laid-off workers to re employment, and training more than 11 thousand laid-off workers.

According to the introduction, the pioneering project is a system engineering for the promotion of re employment by trade unions at all levels in Ji'nan, mainly using their own advantages to carry out vocational training, convoy aid, labor dispatch and the creation of demonstration bases.

Training laid-off entrepreneurs and attracting laid-off workers will fundamentally solve the employment difficulties of some difficult workers.

By encouraging applications, business training, small interest free loans and coordinating tax and tax relief, Ji'nan Federation of trade unions has strongly supported the training of laid-off entrepreneurs and helped them adapt to the market as soon as possible. So far, 155 laid-off workers have successfully established their own economic entities, involving food processing, vehicle maintenance services, education, hotels, arts and crafts, parts processing and computer applications.

As a demonstration base of "shop name" pioneering project, Ji'nan Yikang Development Co., Ltd. is committed to developing common supermarket chains and convenience stores, attracting more than 620 laid-off workers, of whom more than 90% are laid-off workers who are older and have difficulty in obtaining employment.

After the laid-off workers of the former Ji'nan Guangming press attachment Factory Xu Liling laid off, they set up a bright guest house for students of technical secondary schools, and received the support of the Municipal Federation of trade unions for 20 thousand yuan of small loans when operating difficulties.

Today, the bright guest house has been developed from 50 beds at the beginning of the construction to 150, and has attracted 16 laid-off workers.

Through the policy support, more and more successful models of entrepreneurship have been developed through the policy support. It not only solves the problem of re employment of a large number of laid-off workers, but also attracts more laid-off workers to join the ranks of entrepreneurial leaders, forming a virtuous circle of "one ten, ten hundred hundred and hundred million", giving full play to the role of "re employment incubator" and being widely welcomed by the laid-off workers in Quancheng.
