Since September, the employment doubling plan for helping unemployed people to start their own businesses has been officially launched.

Before the end of the year, the municipal labor and Social Security Bureau will set up a "business guidance center" to provide unemployed workers with one-stop services such as project solicitation, business guidance and bank financing.
