This week, the Australian wool Market (Sydney, Melbourne and Fremantle) fell by an average of 1.4%.

AWEX EMI is reduced by 19 Australian cents (-2.0%) and is closed at 938 Australian cents per kilogram.

The northern market dropped 28 Australian cents (-2.8%), while South market fell 11 Australian cents (-1.2%), and the relative market prices of skim wool were 981 Australian cents and 903 Australian cents respectively.

Prices in the western region dropped by 2 Australian cents (-0.2%) and the weekend closing price was 936 Australian cents.

On the two trading day in Sydney and Melbourne, AWEX EMI fell 6 Australian cents on Wednesday and fell 13 Australian cents on Thursday.

The two trading days of the western Fremantle market rose 3 Australian cents on Wednesday and fell 5 Australian cents on Thursday.

Submission of 52435 packages of goods, compared with 53550 packages of goods last week, of which 20.7% qualifying, Sydney passed 16.7%, Melbourne passed 16.4%, Fremantle passed 30.8%.

The pass rate is high, especially on Thursday, the northern market passed 27.1% and the western market passed 37.7%.

Compared with the last paction, AWEX EMI fell by 11 Australian cents (1.2%) in dollar terms, down 10 Australian cents (-1.8%) in euros.

The market has generally declined this week due to the appreciation of the US dollar.

EMI fell 19 Australian cents, North EMI fell 28 Australian cents, compared with the South price fell 11 Australian cents.

Part of the reason is the price adjustment in the North last week, and prices suddenly rose due to quality changes.

Last week some northern suppliers sold very well.

The average AWEX Merino guided price (MPGs), 17.5 microns fell 10 Australian cents, 18 microns fell 16 Australian cents, 18.5 microns fell 7 Australian cents, 19 microns fell 19 Australian cents, 19.5 microns fell 15 Australian points.

20 micron (degreasing) average MPG fell 25 Australian cents, 21 microns fell 12 Australian cents, 22 microns fell 4 Australian cents, 23 microns fell by 4 Australian cents, and 24 microns fell 10 Australian points.

Merino and khairu follow the trend of unsheared wool, and the best quality wool is the least affected.

The wool continued to slide, and the price of each linolpu comb fell by 32 Australian cents.

The average wool MPGs decreased by 1-2 Australian cents.

Chinese buyers dominate the market and mainly purchase European wool.

Next week, Sydney, Melbourne and Fremantle will continue trading.

At present, it is estimated that the volume of pactions in the three trading days is 46700-50650 packs, an increase of 9.7% over the previous week (4 trading days).

In South Africa, the price of Cape wool fell by 0.4% compared with the last paction two weeks ago, Rand's depreciation of the dollar was 1.4%, and the euro depreciated by 3.2%.
