From "seamless body" to "seamless Cowboy"

Consumers who love cowboy clothing will have more choices in the future.

Yiwu seamless garment technology research center successfully developed seamless cowboy products have been published, and soon will be put into mass production and sales.

As the "seamless knitted garment city of China" in Yiwu, there are more than 200 production enterprises in the seamless knitted garment industry, and more than 30 thousand kinds of production equipment. Among them, there are more than 5000 international advanced jacquard knitting machines, accounting for about 25% of the world's total output. The original seamless garment products are mainly seamless body body underwear.

In recent years, the city seamless garment industry association has been actively studying the market dynamics, devotes itself to the research of new product development, and devotes all efforts to develop four series of seamless garment products, namely leisure, fashion, sports and beauty, so as to change the single product structure status of seamless garments which can only produce underwear.

In September last year, the city seamless garment industry association set up the seamless garment technology research center to carry out new product development and new technology promotion.

The center is included in the establishment of Zhejiang provincial science and technology innovation service center by the Zhejiang provincial science and technology department. It has become one of the 15 provincial-level technological innovation service centers in the province.

With the support of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and Donghua University in Shanghai, the center has grasped the trend of the international seamless garment industry, enhanced the technological strength of fashion design, and focused on the research and development of new products, new processes and new fabrics.

According to the briefing, at present, the center has successfully developed four new fabrics to meet the production needs of new seamless clothing products; besides, they are organizing the development of "seamless body fitted underwear" as a "comfortable subsection pressure seamless underwear".
