Taiwan Textile Development Office Unveiled
Taiwan textile industry development promotion office, chaired by the Vice Minister of the Ministry of economic affairs of Taiwan, unveiled a new wave of industrial engine officially launched by the representatives of industry, government, academia and research, Shi Yanxiang.
The plan integrates the resources of the China World Trade Center Bureau, the industrial bureau and the Technology Department of the Ministry of economic affairs, and is jointly promoted by the research institutes of Taiwan Textile Institute, Textile Development Association, Institute of technology and materials, and shoe technology center. It hopes that the "2015 three billion billion plan" will drive the new kinetic energy of the textile industry.
Taiwan textile industry used to be the largest foreign exchange earning industry. Since 1981, the total value of foreign exchange earning exceeded 230 billion US dollars, which has been one of the important industries of Taiwan's economic development. In recent years, the rise in labor costs, the globalization of enterprises and the competition in the development of the Chinese market have led to a gradual decline in the output value and export of the textile industry.
To this end, the Ministry of economic affairs of Taiwan has actively planned to upgrade the new kinetic energy of the industry, and formulated the industrial target of 580 billion yuan of industrial output value in 2015, the industrial structure clothing: home decoration: the ratio of industry to 50:17:33, and hoped that the textile industry could be pformed into a new generation of high-tech industry.
The Ministry of economic affairs of Taiwan has further integrated the Department's Bureau, resources and production, learning and research proposals to plan three billion billion plans for "industrial textiles output multiplier", "functional textile development and promotion alliance" and "fashion Taiwan". According to the industrial planning, we will follow the "two trillion Double Star Program" of the electronics industry to promote the successful mode and set up the "Textile Development Promotion Office". We hope that through this innovative and creative mechanism, we can bring into play the integration of industrial R & D, production and marketing to achieve the goal of 2015.
The Taiwan textile industry development promotion office will first be stationed in the "multiplex plan of industrial textiles". "Functional textile development and Promotion Alliance Plan" and "fashion Taiwan plan" have been added. The plan of "multiplying industrial textiles" has promoted the integration of the Industrial Textiles Association, the venture capital association and the composites Association. It is expected to promote a new investment plan of 80 billion yuan in 2015 to achieve the target of 180 billion yuan output value of industrial textiles.
The "functional textile development and promotion alliance" will link 25 new product development strategy alliances, combined with functional raw materials development and energy production in the middle and lower reaches, and is expected to create 100 billion yuan output value target for new differentiated products.
The "fashion Taiwan plan" is expected to select 8 promotional objects each year to cultivate 3 international brands and create 100 billion output opportunities through market promotion and comprehensive operation of brand channels.
Therefore, the future project office will shoulder the important center of strategizing, coordinating and integrating textile industry.
