The relevant people of the Municipal Economic Commission pointed out that speeding up the construction of small business entrepreneurial base will help to provide a good environment for development and entrepreneurship platform for entrepreneurs, help broaden employment channels and help solve the problems of small scale, scattered layout, low industrial level, difficult land use and financing difficulties in the initial stage of small business entrepreneurship.

Hangzhou small business enterprise demonstration base must have the following basic conditions: the fixed entrepreneurial location is above 10000 square meters, and now it is located in more than 15 small business incubators, arranging more than 1000 employees, having the function of continuous rolling and hatching the growth of small businesses, and entering the incubator small businesses with a success rate of more than 90%.

It is understood that the Hangzhou Municipal Economic Commission and the Municipal Finance Bureau will, according to the ten indicators of the number of entrepreneurs, the number of entrepreneurs, the number of employed entrepreneurs, the success rate of hatching enterprises, the layout of the planning, the level of infrastructure, the ability of service management, the number of enterprises on the scale of enterprises, the growth rate of sales revenue and the characteristics of the base industry, and the comprehensive evaluation of the entrepreneurial bases meeting the recommended conditions, we will identify 15 Hangzhou small business entrepreneurial demonstration bases.
