The national standard GB/T21980-2008 general technical specification for professional sportswear and protective articles (hereinafter referred to as "technical specification") has been implemented since December 1, 2008.

The standard was issued in October this year by the State Administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine and the China National Standardization Management Committee.

This will be the first standard system of sportswear in China.

The time it came out was in the sensitive period of the domestic garment industry: a group of garment export trade, production enterprises closed down or serious losses.

As an emerging industry in the clothing industry, the sportswear industry will not only have a large cross industry linkage, but also benefit from the Beijing Olympic Games.

Branch optimizes market demand

In September 19th, the establishment of the national sports goods Standardization Technical Committee sports clothing branch was held at Anta headquarters in Jinjiang, Fujian. Although the level of "sub chapter" is not very high for other industries, it has already been a historic breakthrough for the sporting goods industry.

For a long time, the sports apparel industry is restricted by the conditions of scale and lack of technology, which is in the fringe position in the textile and garment industry.

　　特別是近年來，隨著我國(guó)體育競(jìng)技水平的提高，對(duì)各類運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝的質(zhì)量、用料、工藝提出了更高的要求，市場(chǎng)需求已經(jīng)顯現(xiàn)。但目前我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝的產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)少之又少，現(xiàn)行的FZ/T73007-2002針織運(yùn)動(dòng)服標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、FZ/T73013-2004針織泳裝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，F(xiàn)Z/T73020-2004針織休閑服產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)內(nèi)容過于老化。隨著紡織服裝新面料、輔料的不斷出現(xiàn)及對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝特殊要求，更顯運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝行業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)明顯滯后。

　　新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于以紡織機(jī)織物為主要原料生產(chǎn)的專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝和防護(hù)用品。運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝分會(huì)的成立，將大大提高該行業(yè)的獨(dú)立性，促進(jìn)行業(yè)良性發(fā)展。中國(guó)紡織工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)副主任、運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝分會(huì)主任楊世濱表示：“通過這樣的一個(gè)組織，可以加強(qiáng)企業(yè)間的合作與交流，構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈合作基礎(chǔ)。”而《技術(shù)規(guī)范》作為運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝分會(huì)的重要成果，有助于幫助消費(fèi)者轉(zhuǎn)變運(yùn)動(dòng)服的消費(fèi)觀念，擴(kuò)大市場(chǎng)。

　　業(yè)內(nèi)開始洗牌規(guī)范行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

It is the main drafting unit of national standards such as travel shoes, basket volleyball professional sports shoes, professional sports clothing and protective appliances general technical specifications, knitted sportswear, knitted student clothing, knitted T shirts, cotton garments and other national standards, which provides strong technical support for the standardization work of the industry.
