India'S Initial Anti-Dumping Measures Against China'S Linen Fabrics
In February 17, 2009, India made a preliminary anti-dumping decision on linen fabrics originating in China and Hongkong, China, and decided to adopt a minimum price measure. If the price is lower than the limit, the provisional anti-dumping duty will be the difference between the CIF and the minimum price. On the contrary, it will not be levied: the minimum price of the products involved in or exported from China is 204.89 rupees / meters; the minimum price of the products involved in or exported from Hongkong, China is 205.52 rupees / meters. The customs code for the products involved is 53090000. In the present case, no response from mainland China or Hongkong enterprises was filed except for the response of the government of the Hongkong Special Administrative Region to the case.
