Recently, Qianjiang industrial and commercial bureau of the industry and Commerce Bureau received a report that two shops in a clothing small commodity market were suspected of selling goods that infringe the exclusive rights of LV registered trademarks. The agency immediately dispatched law enforcement officers to conduct on-site inspections of the reported sites.

During the inspection, law enforcement officers found that there were all kinds of wallets, satchel bags, belts and so on, which were labeled LV or similar LV logo in both shops. The initial identification of counterfeit personnel is a commodity infringing upon the exclusive right to LV registered trademarks. According to the relevant provisions of the "trademark law", the Institute has seized 431 pieces of goods, including wallets, satchel bags, belts and other commodities suspected of infringing upon the exclusive rights of LV registered trademarks, and has been investigated and dealt with according to law. At the same time, Qianjiang also actively linked with market organizers, and asked to strengthen self inspection to prevent infringing merchandise from flowing into the market, thereby damaging the rights and interests of consumers.
