The local clothing brand has become the international clothing brand project to enter the implementation stage.

Seoul announced that this year will be the first year to cultivate the "international brand". The first step is to "Seoul 's10Soul" plan, that is, to send 10 outstanding designers in the twentieth fashion week in Seoul at the end of 3 to overseas to help them enter the overseas market.

Now, the first overseas country has been selected, France, known as the "world fashion center".

In the fashion week of Seoul, Jiang Dong, director of the men's wear designer, Shen Hei, Cui Fanxi, women's wear designer Kim Sang in, Lin Shanyu, Li Xitai, Li Chengxi, Zhou Xiaochun, Cui Zhiheng, and Cui Zhiheng were selected as the 10 "focus training" designers.

The 10 designers will take part in Paris's largest in June and October.

Fashion Show

The meeting was presided over by Mr. Dominique Jacomet, Secretary General of the French clothing association (IFM), and delivered a keynote speech by Seoul economic revitalization official Zheng Lianzan and Lacoste brand's global marketing strategy leader Alexander Silliman.

At the meeting, Mr. Dominique first introduced the status quo of the Korean clothing industry. He said: "the position of Korean fashion industry in the world's fashion industry has surpassed that of the emerging countries, and now it has reached the standard of the developed countries in the fashion industry". The 2010 spring Seoul fashion week, which just took place in March this year, conveys the message to the people that the Korean fashion industry is developing rapidly and its possibilities.

On the last day of "HYERESFESTIVAL", the delegation of the Seoul municipal government invited more than 300 professionals and media personages from the local clothing industry to participate in the "Seoul night" to introduce the 10 Korean designers who stand out in the selection of "Seoul s10Soul".

On the "night of Seoul", Zheng Lianzan, Seoul's economic revitalization official, said: "in this event, we have found something that can be used to enhance Seoul fashion week. In order to enter the international fashion industry in Seoul, Seoul will strengthen ties with Paris, London, New York and other world fashion industries.
