How To Draw Up The Model Of Rental Contract
Lessor: (hereinafter referred to as Party A)
The lessee: (hereinafter referred to as Party B)
A and B have reached the following agreement on housing tenancy:
First, Party A will lease the premises of X XXXX building, XX District, XX street, XX City, and lease it to Party B for use. The lease term will be extended from the XX month of XX XX to the XX month of XX year in XX year.
Two. The monthly rent of this house is RMB XX yuan, payable monthly / quarterly / year.

During this period, if any party is required to terminate the contract, it must notify the other party three months ahead of time and pay the other party.

Six, the other expenses incurred except for land and overhauling expenses shall be borne by Party B.
Seven, during the tenancy period, without the consent of Party A, Party B has no right to sublet or lend the house. It is not allowed to change the structure and use of the house.
Eight, Party A guarantees that there is no property right dispute in the house; Party B shall assist Party A in providing housing property rights certificate or other relevant supporting materials because of its operational needs.
Nine, with regard to disputes arising from this contract, the two sides can resolve the dispute through consultation. If any negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to bring a lawsuit to the people's Court of the Tianjin Development Zone for judicial settlement.
