Peru Will Extend Anti-Dumping Investigation And Evidence Collection Date For Chinese Sandals

Recently, the Peru national protection competition and Intellectual Property Protection Commission (INDECOPI) announced a decision to postpone the time limit for obtaining evidence from the anti-dumping investigation of sandals and slippers imported from mainland China and Taiwan, China, to May 4, 2009.

In addition, according to the application of 4 Peru companies, INDECOPI also decided to accept Calzado Altas S.A., Ingenieria del Plastico S.A.C., Indelat S.A.C. and Poli Shoes, as the participant of this investigation procedure.
