1, adhesive shoe technology:

Also known as cold bonding process, is the use of adhesives to the upper, bottom and outsole connected together. Because of the different material of the upper surface of the upper and sole, the type and nature of the adhesive used are also different, such as neoprene adhesive, polyurethane adhesive, SBS adhesive, etc. Due to its simple process, short production cycle, high production efficiency, low manufacturing cost, fast variety of color and variety, and easy to expand production, it is the most widely used assembly process in shoe making industry, which accounts for more than 80% of the total volume of shoemaking products. This technology is the most widely used in leather shoes and sports shoes.

2, sewing shoes Technology:

Also known as thread sewing technology, sewing thread is used to stitch the upper and sole together with other connecting parts. The sewing thread used is ramie thread, which has the characteristics of strong strength, low elongation, moisture absorption, quick wetting and high wear resistance. The technology of sewing shoes is the most widely used in leather shoes. The main products include sewing leather shoes, sewing flanged shoes and sewing shoes. Its technology has a long history, complex operation and low production efficiency, but the product structure, style and durability are not replaced by other technologies. Coupled with the development and improvement of machine sewing technology, it is more in line with the needs of modern production and consumption, thus playing an important role in footwear products, and also has auxiliary functions in the process of adhesive shoes, resulting in a sticky sewing process.

3, molded shoe technology:

It is a process for gluing the outsole and upper with the rubber outflow in the process of mold vulcanization and the pressure of mold clamping. Its outer sole and upper are adhesive bonded to the rubber under high temperature and high pressure, so the molded shoe technology has the characteristics of firm adhesion, uneasy gluing, abrasion resistance and bending resistance. Due to the long production cycle and slow variety of moulded shoes, it is suitable for large batch production. The products of labor protection shoes, mountaineering shoes, military police shoes and so on are mostly moulded. The molding process is a vulcanized process derived from the vulcanization process and used for leather shoes.

4, injection molding shoe technology:

Also known as Lian Bang injection molding process, is melting plastic injection into the external mold and the upper bound as a whole process. The materials for the outsole are polyvinyl chloride, thermoplastic polyurethane, thermoplastic rubber and so on. The technology is completed by automatic feeding, automatic plasticizing, automatic metering, automatic injection, automatic closing and opening and automatic forming. It has the advantages of high production efficiency and automatic production. It has applications in leather shoes, cloth shoes, sports shoes and plastic shoes.

5, vulcanized shoes Technology:

It is a process for curing, vulcanizing and forming a vulcanized tank in the vulcanizing tank after gluing the raw film, the welt and the outer Baotou with the upper. The outer bottom of the process is moulded and moulded. Because the process is relatively coarse and difficult to control the quality, it usually produces only low-grade products. In recent years, due to the introduction of foreign advanced production technology, product quality has been greatly improved. Because vulcanized shoes are comfortable and economical in clothing, and have high efficiency and low cost in production, the technology is still applied in the production of rubber shoes, rubber shoes and leather shoes, and the production volume is large.
