甲乙雙方は友好協(xié)議、共同発展の原則に基づいて本翻訳サービス契約を締結(jié)し、その條項は以下の通りである。

一、甲は乙に翻訳サービスを提供するように依頼し、速やかに乙に明確で分かりやすい翻訳資料を提出し、明確な要求を提出し、乙の翻訳品質(zhì)を監(jiān)督する。

二、乙は時間通りに翻訳任務(wù)を完成します。（不可抗力が発生した場合を除く）、甲に翻訳済みのプリントと電子ファイルを一つずつ提供します。具體的な提出期日は雙方で合意する。原稿の緊急提出については雙方が臨時に協(xié)議する。

三、乙は甲に提供するいかなる資料に対しても厳格に守秘し、第三者に漏らしてはいけない。

3.Party B share keep confidentiality of any documents provided by Party A and can not disclose to the third party.

四、翻訳作業(yè)量統(tǒng)計：電子翻訳原稿：コンピュータ統(tǒng)計の中國語版の文字數(shù)に基づいて計算する（中國語版Word 2000における「空欄を無視した文字數(shù)」）；翻訳原稿を印刷する：中國語原稿の行數(shù)×列數(shù)統(tǒng)計に基づいて計算する（行×列）。

五、乙は優(yōu)待価格で甲に翻訳費用を徴収する。英訳漢は元/千文字（10萬字以上）。

5.Party B Will charge the translation project from Party A with favorable price：For English–Chinese RMB/1000 Chinese characters and marks.

六、乙は翻訳開始前に甲のために翻訳費を見積もり、甲の支払いは実際に発生した仕事量によって乙に翻訳費用を支払うことができる（仕事量の統(tǒng)計方法は本契約第四條による）。以下は乙の口座情報です。

七、乙は原稿を提出した後、無料で翻訳原稿に必要な修正を行い、別途費用を徴収しないと承諾します。

7.Party B promises to provide necessary modifications to the translation documents free of charge after the delivery.

八、支払方式：甲は乙の翻訳原稿を受け取った當日に、実際の費用によって先に乙の翻訳総費用の50%を支払い、殘りは原稿を提出した後の30日以內(nèi)に支払うべきで、もし第35日の殘金がまだ支払われていないなら、甲は一日遅延するごとに、乙に翻訳総費用の5‰の延滯金を支払う必要がある。

九、乙は訳文の翻訳品質(zhì)と翻訳サービスが業(yè)界の公正なレベルに達することを保証しなければならない。翻訳文の翻訳レベルに対して論爭が発生した場合、雙方が共同で認めた第三者が判斷し、または直接仲裁を申請しなければならない。

十、本契約書は一式二部で、雙方はそれぞれ一つを保有し、甲乙雙方の記章を経てから発効する。
