  《共同約定》的主要內(nèi)容包括:一是各企業(yè)要嚴(yán)格遵守勞動(dòng)保障法律法規(guī),與招用員工簽訂書面勞動(dòng)合同,參加社會(huì)保險(xiǎn),自覺遵守國(guó)家工資和工時(shí)方面的有關(guān)規(guī)定;二是各企業(yè)通過正規(guī)渠道招用員工,嚴(yán)禁以任何不正當(dāng)手段競(jìng)爭(zhēng)員工,裁減人員時(shí)應(yīng)按法律規(guī)定的條件和程序進(jìn)行;三是不錄用與區(qū)域內(nèi)本行業(yè)其他企業(yè)尚未解除或者終止勞動(dòng)關(guān)系的員工,對(duì)于在招錄過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)違反競(jìng)業(yè)限制或者服務(wù)期約定的員工,應(yīng)及時(shí)向該員工所在單位反饋,并不得招用該員工,做到誠(chéng)信用人,用誠(chéng)信人;四是按照有關(guān)部門公布的區(qū)域內(nèi)本行業(yè)職工工資指導(dǎo)線合理確定員工工資待遇,如需較大幅度調(diào)整員工工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之前應(yīng)書面征求其他方意見和建議;五是建立區(qū)域內(nèi)本行業(yè)企業(yè)例會(huì)制度,采用輪值主席制,原則上每年舉行一次,各企業(yè)有權(quán)對(duì)違反本約定的一方提出意見和建議,違
