甲は以下の各要素に基づいて、乙と協(xié)議し、合意した。甲は約束の日の翌日から、_________天の內(nèi)に乙のために建造し完成させる。建築の規(guī)模及び必要な鉄筋、コンクリート、レンガ、石ころ及びその他の建築材料の數(shù)は、いずれも契約書(shū)の添付図面と施工細(xì)則として説明する。

上記の狀況に基づいて、乙及び法定代表は甲に人民元を支払うことを厳粛に承諾します。支払い方法の合意は以下の通りです。

契約の雙方は甲またはその法定代表が各支払を受領(lǐng)する時(shí)に、上記の各回の支払いを受領(lǐng)する権利を証明するために、建築士によって評(píng)価しなければならず、すでに受け取った支払の価値はすでに労務(wù)及び材料費(fèi)の中に消費(fèi)されていることを証明する。

上記協(xié)議が忠実に実行できなかった場(chǎng)合、違約側(cè)は権利の自動(dòng)的な損失を享受すべきであることに同意し、かつ違約後一ヶ月以內(nèi)に、相手またはその法定代表に人民元_u u_u u元整を賠償し、約束の損失賠償金とします。
